Hello! My name is Katlyn Bratcher and I created Enchanted Grazing to bring high quality charcuterie to your event without breaking your wallet! I am a mom and wife and I show my love/creativity through food. I believe that charcuterie is a great conversation starter and spotlight item for any event.

I aim to please with my accommodations and customization for your event while also providing stunning and delectable spreads which feature an array of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits, and gourmet accompaniments.
